Aim and Purpose
Purpose
The aim of this course is to enable the students to;
- Perform block diagram analysis of feedback control systems
- Understand design of controllers using the root locus
- Understand the design of controllers using Nyquist frequency techniques
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the student should be able to;
- Differentiate between the various control actions and their application
- Select an appropriate control action for a specific design
- Design PI,PD and PID controllers
